Ski seminar 2025 in Schellerhau

From March 12 to 14, 2025, our annual ski seminar took place in Schellerhau, which once again offered numerous exciting lectures, group work, intensive discussions and a valuable team-building activity.

Day 1 - After arrival and initial organizational coordination, the seminar began with a report on current research projects, publications and applications. Project planning and resource estimates were also discussed in depth.
The seminar continued with a session on NEFM teaching, which dealt with the current and future design of courses and expert teams. Finally, the cooperation between the ZEU and MAR departments was discussed.

Day 2 - The morning was dedicated to IT security and important aspects relating to the secure use of digital tools were discussed. A particular focus on this day was on the use of generative AI in everyday life, especially ChatGPT, and its impact on teamwork.
In the afternoon, a guided hike in Schellerhau was on the program, which further promoted the exchange and cooperation of the participants.

Day 3 - On the last day of the seminar, a workshop was held to work intensively on the design and optimization of the homepage. New ideas were collected and concrete implementation steps were developed.

The ski seminar was once again a valuable opportunity to deepen technical and organizational topics and strengthen team spirit.
