Study at the Chair of Fluid-Mechatronic Systems
The research field of fluid-mechatronic system technology requires knowledge of various areas of science and technology. Engineers of hydraulic and pneumatic drive and control technology are involved in research, development, production, and marketing as well as distribution and management. They work wherever innovative answers to new challenges are needed.

In modern electro-hydraulic drives and mobile machinery, hydraulic components with electronic modules as well as drive and control algorithms merge into fluid-mechatronic systems as a whole. In order to design, install and put these systems into operation efficiently and most suitable for the drive task, a fundamental and widely applicable education is necessary.
There is no other area of profession with such excellent present and future career opportunities as there are in fluid-mechatronics. Due to the lack of highly qualified engineers, today's students will move from their college graduation into a job market that offers highly attractive task fields, excellent options to choose as well as great income.
