MDR-Team of the show "Mach dich ran" visits LWM
Shortly before the Corona crisis started in February 2020, a film team from the MDR program "Mach dich ran" accompanied the staff of the local history museum in Lehma, Germany during the removal of a 120-year-old machine from the TU Dresden. This was an old gear milling machine that originally came from a small factory in Freital and had spent the last few years in the test hall of the Kutzbach building. The milling machine is to find a new use in the 150 km distant museum of local history with the aim of getting it running again!

Mirko Schinnerling, employee of the Combined Workshop and Experimental Services (WVV) of the TU Dresden, received the guests and guided them through the Mechanical-Technological Collection at the TU Dresden after the successful loading of the machine.
