Chair of Turbomachinery and Flight Propulsion
Research and teaching at the Chair of Turbomachinery and Flight Propulsion deals with all types of turbojet engines and thermal turbomachinery. From the global climatic challenges and the local requirements of the energy market, three primary objectives arise: to improve efficiency, increase the flexibility and reliability of the equipment. Research in the working groups is dedicated to:
- Aerodynamics, aeroelasticity and cooling;
- Probabilistics.
