As part of the Interreg Poland-Saxony 2021-2027 cooperation program, permanent calls have now been launched in view of the funds still available. Project applications can therefore be submitted at any time and will be evaluated as soon as they are received. Project partners from Poland and Saxony can submit joint applications for planned joint projects in or for the benefit of the funding area in the following priorities:

• Priority 1: "A sustainable border area - prevention and adaptation to climate change"

Specific objective 1.1: "Promoting climate change adaptation, disaster prevention and disaster resilience, taking into account ecosystem-based approaches"

Funds available: 4 470 000 EUR

• Priority 2: "A border region worth living in - education, culture and tourism"

Specific objective 2.2: "Strengthening the role of culture and sustainable tourism for economic development, social inclusion and social innovation"

Funds available: 6 830 000 EUR

• Priority 2: "A border area worth living in - education, culture and tourism"

The permanent call in specific objective 2.1 continues:

"Improving equal access to inclusive and high-quality services in general and vocational education as well as lifelong learning through the development of barrier-free infrastructure, including by promoting the resilience of distance and online learning in general and vocational education."

Funds available: 8 260 000 EUR

In May, the Joint Secretariat will offer both online and face-to-face events in the form of meetings and training sessions for applicants.
