The personal data provided will be processed by Directorate University Culture (Unit 9.1) exclusively for requesting and coordinating assistance for students affected by the war in Ukraine. Please contact WE-CARE with any inquiries.

Data Processing
Your information is stored in the data repository of the template in WebCMS, recorded and filtered by the data controller in a spreadsheet for internal documentation purposes and used for passing on requests for help to you.
Voluntariness and Withdrawal of Consent
Registering to offer help is voluntary, as is the associated provision of personal data. You can refuse or withdraw your consent at any time with future effect. Simply send an email with this information to WE-CARE. In such a case, your offer of assistance and your data will be erased.
Data Transfer
Unless stipulated otherwise by law or unless you have given your express consent in individual cases, no personal data will be transferred to third parties.
Storage Period
Unless consent is withdrawn, all personal data will still be kept for internal evaluation and statistical purposes after the “WE-CARE” aid initiative ends.
Right to Information
I am aware that I may at any time request information about the data processed concerning my person as well as the possible recipients of this data to whom it has been transferred and that I am entitled to a reply within one month of the responsible party for data processing receiving my request for information.
Data Protection Officer and Supervisory Authority for Data Protection
I am aware that I can contact the Data Protection Officer of TU Dresden and the responsible supervisory authority for data protection at any time.
Right to rectification, erasure and restriction (Art. 16-18 GDPR)
You may at any time request TU Dresden to correct or erase your personal data or to restrict processing.
Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
You may request that the controller(s) transmit your personal data to you in machine-readable form. Alternatively, you may request the direct transfer of the personal data you have provided to another controller, where this is possible.
Right of appeal (Art. 77 GDPR)
You can contact the TU Dresden data protection officer at any time (see above) as well as the competent supervisory authority for data protection in the event of a complaint pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR.
