On 21 May 2025, dies academicus, this year's Health Day at TU Dresden will take place at the Auditorium Center from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm focusing on the topic 'Fit from within – Mindful eating for a healthier you!'.

Employees and students can expect offers on intestinal health, nutrition for sport and exercise, meal prep, healthy eating in everyday university life and emotional eating. There will be an alcohol-free cocktail bar as well as information and activity stands in the Audimax.
