Public defenses
Current dates for public defenses can be found online on the website Promotion dates.

Please note!
In accordance with § 4 and Annex 1 point A10 of the "University Fees and Remuneration Regulations" of TU Dresden dated 21.06.2016, the Faculty of Medicine charges an administrative fee of 150.00 euros for all doctoral candidates who are not enrolled at TUD/MFD. This fee is due when the doctoral procedure is opened with the submission of the "Application for the opening of the doctoral procedure". The invoice will be sent by post; cash payment upon submission of the thesis is not possible.
