Project INF01
Information infrastructure for adrenal research
The primary objective of the INF01 project in the third funding period is the continuous support and expansion of the implemented infrastructure and extension of its capabilities. This service project will provide an extensive study management system in REDCap. This system will be further developed with new features to ease the daily work of researchers and for future studies. Biobanking will be further integrated with REDCap and automated workflows for data quality assurance will be established. We will support interventional studies and implement a decision support system for adrenal diseases. Furthermore, the INF01 project will operate the CRC/TRR IT infrastructure and provide support and training.
Aims
(I) Extend the central CRC/TRR study and data management.
(II) Support MDR (medical device regulation) randomised clinical investigations.
(III) Establish ATiM biobanking software and add REDCap integration.
(IV) Support Big Data and High-Performance Computing.
(V) Implement clinical decision support systems for adrenal diseases.
(VI) Operate central CRC/TRR study and data management systems, provide user support, and training.
