The Hidden Patient Series

Some patients are more visible than others are. Emerging from a historic lack of attention to sex, gender and diversity dimensions in basic and clinical research there are still various 'blind spots' to be addressed. The Hidden Patient Series aims to increase the uptake of sex, gender and diversity considerations in translational medicine and wants to give the hidden patients a face.
