Junior Research Groups are shaping the future of health research

As part of the MII Symposium, the Junior Research Groups (JRGs) convened for a networking meeting at the premises of TMF e. V. to jointly advance key future topics.

The event focused on cross-site exchange, strengthening the network, and the strategic development of joint activities. The meeting was organized by the JRG networking coordination team at the Dresden site.

Key outcomes at a glance:

• Identification of core competencies developed during the funding period
• Development of strategies for the sustainable preservation and continuation of results
• Definition of concrete next steps for collaboration

A particular added value emerged from the exchange with the DLR Project Management Agency, where previous progress was reflected upon and placed within a broader strategic context.

Further impulses for the future were provided by a practice-oriented overview of tools and formats for sustainable communication and collaboration within the junior research groups.
