New EU project approved for the IMB

ERACoSysMed
The project “prediCt - Mathematical modelling of TKI effects and immune response to predict patient-specific treatment dynamics in CML”, which is coordinated by Prof. Ingo Roeder (IMB, TU Dresden), has been selected for funding within the ERA-Net ERACoSysMed initiative for "Collaboration on systems medicine funding to promote the implementation of systems biology approaches in clinical research and medical practice" (www.eracosysmed.eu).
ERACoSysMed is a specific program on Systems Medicine under the EU Framework Programme Horizon2020. Together with Prof. Roeder, seven groups from four European countries (Germany, France, Norway and Finland) will work together to develop a mathematical framework that shall support optimal clinical decision making in the treatment of chronic myeloid leukaemia.
