30th anniversary celebration on 30.08.2024

On 30.08.2024, the Faculty of Biology celebrated its 30th anniversary since its re-founding. Here are a few impressions of the day:

In these 30 years, Biology at TU Dresden has become the nucleus for a development that has led to an important biosciences location in Germany. It is both the initiator and partner of innovative research projects and covers almost the entire breadth of the life sciences in research and teaching. The Faculty of Biology has thus also driven and helped shape the development of the School of Science. As mediators between science & the public, staff enrich the university landscape with events and exhibitions and encourage exchange on current biological topics.

Summer reception on 08.06.2023

Our summer reception with graduation ceremony, short scientific lectures and alumni meeting was a complete success in beautiful weather. Lively, festive, relaxed, with good conversations, treats, funny photos, music & dancing - in short, an all-round successful party!
