International teaching and study programs of the Faculty of Biology
At the Faculty of Biology, special emphasis is placed on studying in an international context. With the international study program, students of the TU Dresden are given the opportunity to orientate themselves internationally at an early stage and to study abroad. This creates the best study conditions for foreign students.

Admission requirements: candidates must have completed a first recognized vocational university degree acquired in Germany or a qualification from an officially recognized vocational academy in biology or a comparable specialist field(s).

- Admission requirements: candidates must have completed a first vocational university degree recognized in Germany or a qualification from a state or state-approved vocational academy in a scientific field such as biology, biotechnology, or life sciences or in a closely related degree program such as biochemistry or biophysics. Moreover, fundamental knowledge of genetics, molecular biology, and microbiology, as well as sufficient motivation for the degree program are required.
