Registration Cancellation Procedure and Policy

If you register for the event and can no longer attend, you can cancel your registration or replace yourself with another attendee.

Cancellations 30 days prior to the event will be refunded less a € 25 administrative fee. The registration fee will be refunded to the original payment method within 30 days post-event. Cancellations less than 30 days before the event will not be refunded. Substitutions of registrations can be made at any time.
