BeWISE 2024 – Women in Science and Engineering

This year's BeWISE conference took place from April 15, 2024 - April 17, 2024. The three-day conference including a variety of workshops and coaching opportunities was offered to dedicated female scientists in the qualification phase. Workshops offered were for example Exploring mental health – from feeling to knowing, Rhetoric for women or Female power! Leadership skills for women in science. In addition, participants were able to talk with successful female professors to learn more about their paths into academia.
