Guest Lecture: Prof. Dr. Christian Klinke

The Collaborative Research Center (CRC) 1415 is delighted to welcome Prof. Dr. Christian Klinke, University of Rostock, as a guest. Prof. Dr. Klinke is staying at Technische Universität Dresden during the period July 02–04, 2025, in order to meet and exchange with scientists from various research fields. In addition to the individual scientific discussions, Prof. Dr. Klinke will deliver a lecture on “Charge Transport in Colloidal Nanomaterials " on July 3, 2025.

In his talk, he presents advances in ZnS nanoplatelets with tunable light emission through manganese doping, offering insights into dopant behavior using spectroscopy and simulations. He also introduces high-performance transistors made from colloidal metal nanoparticles, showcasing their potential for scalable, solution-processed electronics.
