Guest Lecture Prof. Stefano Sanvito

The consortium of the Collaborative Research Center (CRC) 1415 would like to thank Prof. Stefano Sanvito, Trinity College, Dublin, for his guest lecture on 7^th March 2024. In his scientific talk "Magnetic materials discovery in the age of AI" Prof. Stefano Sanvito presented methods using magnetism as an example to discover novel compounds and increase their throughput and discovery speed. To this end, he discussed machine learning methods, discussed useful property attributes and presented tools for processing experimental data.
