The Collaborative Research Centre 1415 awards Dr. Franz Hempel with the Thesis Prize

The Integrated Research Training Group "2D Materials" (MGK-2DMs) of the Collaborative Research Center (CRC) 1415 "Chemistry of Synthetic Two-Dimensional Materials" honors Dr. Franz Hempel with this year's Thesis Prize. The outstanding scientific achievements of Dr. Hempel in the research area of "Broadband Coherent Anti-Stokes Raman Spectroscopy: A Comprehensive Approach to Analyzing Crystalline Materials ", Chair of Experimental Physics/Photophysics, Prof. Dr. Lucas M. Eng, are honored.
