Integrated Research Training Group 2D Materials (MGK-2DMs): Kick-Off Event

On September 17, 2024, the management of the Integrated Research Training Group 2D Materials (MGK-2DMs) invited all doctoral researchers of the CRC 1415 to the kick-off event. The purpose of the first meeting was 1.) to get to know all young scientists, 2.) to initiate future scientific, interdisciplinary collaborations and 3.) to intensify existing networks. Another event highlight was the talk given by M. Sc. Albrecht Wäntig, Chair of Molecular Functional Materials. Among other things, Mr. Wäntig reported in detail on his 3-month research stay in South Korea (Ulsan National Institute of Science & Technology (UNIST)), funded by the travel grants of the MGK-2DMs.
