General Competence Course: Career Planning

To continuously expand general skills, the Integrated Research Training Group 2DMs organized the workshop "Career Planning" for the doctoral researchers of the Collaborative Research Center (CRC) 1415. From April 7 to 8, 2025, certified career coach Dr. Iris Köhler, the Scientist Coach, guided the participants through the options for potential future career paths. The workshop program focused particularly on the transition from doctoral studies to careers beyond academia and science. The participants clarified their personal and professional goals and analyzed their own skills to develop their first individual plans for their professional future.
