Master Defense: Albrecht Wäntig & Lukas Sporrer

On October 20, Lukas Sporrer and Albrecht Waentig successfully defended their master theses (Fig. 1). During their last six months at the group of Prof. Dr. Xinliang Feng, Chair of Molecular Functional Materials, they were doing research in the synthesis of 2D conjugated metal organic frameworks (MOFs) and 2D conjugated polymers. Starting in November, they will both join the Collaborative Research Centre 1415 as PhD students, working on the research projects A01 (Prof. Feng) and A09 (Dr. Dong).
