Retreat 2022

This year, the consortium of the Collaborative Research Center (CRC) 1415 arranged from 15.06.2022 until 17.06.2022 its 3-day scientific retreat at the foot of the mountains “Erzgebirge”, in the idyllic valley “Zschopau Tal”, Hotel am Schlosspark Lichtenwalde. The 22 principal investigators and 38 doctoral researchers met in a relaxed atmosphere to discuss the current research status of the CRC. Furthermore, the attendees discussed future research ideas and scientific collaborations.

The interactive event allowed everyone to actively participate, either by giving a short scientific talk or by presenting a poster. To promote internal team building, the CRC organized a social activity which was guided by “Die Teamhelden” https://www.die-teamhelden.de/ in building a catapult.
