The organization committee offers 10 slots for oral contributions in the period of Monday to Wednesday, October 06-08, 2025. Professors & postdoctoral researchers can apply for an oral presentation via the registration platform Eveeno. An overview of the selected talks will be published soon.

We kindly ask all poster authors to design their poster in portrait format, DIN A0. The poster authors are asked to bring the printed poster to the event and hand it to the organizing team. The team will take care of attaching the posters to the poster walls. The order of poster presentations (exhibition days: Monday, October 6^th & Tuesday, October 7^th) depends on the time of event registration.

The awardees will be granted at the end of the event.
