TUD|excite is organizing the TIP funding competition, in which scientists at TU Dresden can apply for funds - short and simple - from the TUD Innovation Pool (TIP) for validation funding.

R&D projects that aim to directly exploit and commercialize research results following the project are sought and funded. TIP project funding is intended to support the final steps towards application over a period of up to 12 months. Applications can be submitted from now until June 23, 2024.

The significantly shortened application and application procedure as part of the competition consists of three elements: a short application, a half-day workshop and a presentation to the jury.

The top three winners of the competition can then immediately begin the funded project.
