• I support the EATCS as an association that supports the theoretical computer science community. It is our goal that the community stays inclusive and supportive to everybody, in particular to junior researchers and groups suffering from disadvantages. Moreover, I think it is desirable and important that there are many European TCS Conferences among the strongest conferences worldwide, so that European researchers don't have to travel to other continents to present their best work. 
• Manuel Bodirsky is managing editor of ZML: Zeitschrift für Mathematische Logik, a newly founded diamond open access journal in mathematical logic (diamond open access means: neither authors nor readers nor libraries have to pay for it)
• Programme committee member of the 51st EATCS International Colloquium on Automata, Languages and Programming, (ICALP 24).

• Manuel Bodirsky is editor of the journal ACM Transactions of Computational Logic.
