Team from the Institute of Algebra receives Teaching Award of the Faculty of Computer Science 2025

As part of the faculty project show OUTPUT.DD, the Faculty Student Council for Computer Science awarded prizes to the best lecturers. All students of the faculty were invited to vote. The prizes were presented by Helene Hausmann
and Eliah Lohr. We congratulate all award winners and thank them for their commitment to teaching.

The teaching prize for the best compulsory course went to "Introduction to Mathematics for Computer Scientists: Linear Algebra". The lecture is very well structured and picks up the students of the first semesters well. The materials are easy to use and the lecture and exercises work well together. The teaching award was accepted by Prof. Dr. Ulrike Baumann, Dr. Antje Noack and Dr. Christian Zschalig.
