Research activities

At this Chair we study application-oriented problems in probability theory and statistics. We are interested, in particular, in almost everything which can be modelled by stochastic processes and/or random combinatorial structures such as trees and networks.  A more detailed description of our research areas can be found here.

Our results are usually published in papers or presented at conferences. From time to time, we organise conferences ourselves.
