Adaptive simulation on heterogeneous systems
In multi-physics problems, multiple components are involved and their behavior could be quite different. Defining each component on a separate mesh can save us unnecessary computing, which is the main idea of the multi-mesh method. Such a method should be able to be applied to multi-component simulations regardless of the number of components and the domain decomposition mode. In this project, we go deep into the detailed implementation and the examples which benefit from multi-mesh, e.g. dendritic growth, the interacting of deformable objects, etc.
