Controlled Doping of Organic Electrochemical Transistors
Organic electrochemical transistors (OECTs) are novel bioelectronic devices. They have
shown promise as sensor and as amplifiers of small electronic signals due to their large
transconductances. Tuning OECT threshold voltage is important to achieve low-powered
devices and functional circuits. In this Masters thesis, we want to investigate controlled doping of OECT using novel dopants produced at IAPP.
