Noncollinear Electric Dipoles in a Polar Chiral Phase of CsSnBr3 Perovskite
Polar and chiral crystal symmetries can functionalise materials by coupling to mechanical, electronic, optical, and magnetic degrees of freedom. For the 3D perovskite, CsSnBr3, new phases below 85 K and 77 K are described. We contribute to their characterization by SHG and PL probes within this collaboration. The work suggests CsSnBr3 as candidate for bulk Rashba effects.
