At TU Dresden you have the opportunity to work as a student assistant (SHK) or, if you have a Bachelor's degree, as a research assistant (WHK). You can work in various fields, including EEG and tDCS studies, literature research or the coordination of a project. The FSR usually meets weekly on Tuesdays at 6:30 pm during the lecture period. At our meetings we discuss the latest news from the faculty and the various committees of the TUD, plan events and vote on financial proposals. You can find our upcoming meeting dates here.

The work in committees is very important, because in them the decisions are made that really affect us (e.g. study and examination regulations). We send representatives to the academic affairs committee, the examination boards and the Students' Council. In the university elections in November, you elect your representation for the faculty board. Here we explain the most important committees.
