You are currently studying psychology and have always wanted to know more about planning and conducting a scientific study?

In cooperation with the Department of Psychology at the University of Graz, we, the Chair of Biopsychology at the TU Dresden, are investigating with the AmbuEx study to what extent the flexibility of the autonomic nervous system can serve as a possible biological marker for symptoms of exhaustion as a result of chronic stress.
What are your responsibilities?
- Helping with the preparation and follow-up of the study
- Recruitment of participants
- Independent collection of respondent data
- Insight into the analysis of collected data
What do you get out of it?
- Acquisition of profound knowledge for the application and evaluation of ambulatory psychophysiological methodology
- Gain knowledge for conducting and evaluating your own study, for example as part of a bachelor's/or master's thesis during your psychology studies.
Prerequisites:
- Ongoing studies (Bachelor or Master)
- Interest in biopsychological research topics (especially in the field of HRV data)
- Independent and reliable way of working
Start: immediately
Duration: min. 4 weeks, end indefinitely
Voluntary internships (maximum 3 months) as well as (after application) mandatory internships are possible with us!
