Prof. Dr Anna-Lena Zietlow appointed to the scientific advisory board of the "Healthy into Life" network

Prof. Dr. Anna-Lena Zietlow has been appointed by Dr. Hanns-Christoph Eiden as a member of the scientific advisory board of the "Gesund ins Leben" network. The "Gesund ins Leben" network is part of the Federal Center for Nutrition (BZfE) and is located at the Federal Agency for Agriculture and Nutrition (BLE).

For over 10 years, the network has been contributing to the strengthening of the health literacy of expectant and young families. It promotes healthy upbringing through a healthy lifestyle. The basis for this is uniform guidelines for nutrition and physical activity before and during pregnancy, during breastfeeding, and in infancy and early childhood. The development and updating of these guidelines are central tasks of the scientific advisory board. By publishing them, the advisory board significantly contributes to providing professionals with a nationally standardized counseling framework. Additionally, the guidelines offer professionals and parents a sense of security, thus promoting health in families from the very beginning.
