Team Retreat: A Common Vision for Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology at the TU Dresden

On 13 October, we came together as a team to develop common ideas and goals for the direction of our future work at TU Dresden. Together with our coach Susan Kindler, we dealt with our scientific profile, got an overview of the different expectations and requirements others have of us and developed a common set of values for our future cooperation. With this, we are looking strengthened and motivated towards the next milestones in teaching, research and therapy for our professorship and the field of clinical child and adolescent psychology.
Of course, there was also time for casual personal exchange within the team, e.g. during the autumn lunch break in beautiful Hellerau or at the extensive team brunch on Saturday in the beautiful Scheune Café in Neustadt. Now we not only know from each other what we wanted to be when we were children, but also where our further journey together as a team is going.
