Cornelia Siegmund studied psychology at the Technische Universität Dresden. After finishing her degree (M.Sc.) in Psychology: Cognitive-Affective Neuroscience she started her postgraduate training as a psychological psychotherapist at the Academy of the German Association for Behaviour Therapy (DGVT) in Dresden in December 2018. Her master thesis dealt with the effect of galvanic vestibular stimulation (GVS) on spatial memory functions in older adults. Since April 2019 she works as a research assistant at the Institute of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, TU Dresden, Chair of Behavioural Epidemiology in the project "Primary indicated and optimized allocation in emotional and behavioural problems in children" (PROMPt).
