Postdocini-Network
The Postdocini-Network is a network for all postdoctoral employees at the faculty of psychology.
The project addresses particularly – but not exclusively – female postdocs and postdocs with family responsibilities.
We stand up for an eqivalent flow of information, that does not depend on terms of employment or the engagement of a supervisor.
We ought to have regular meetings (approx. 3 times per year) to detailly answer your questions regarding "Habilitation" and offer individual help with structural challenges for female postdocs and postdocs with family responsibilities.
Our longterm ambitions are to create mutual support and to provide a platform for information and experience exchange between postdocs. We also want to facilitate he initiation of research cooperations and provide individual support with family responsibilities.
