We are here for you! Dear students, You are welcome to visit us in person at the Academic Affairs Office (Willersbau, Wing A, 2nd floor) with questions about exams, examined assessments and courses. Simply take a ticket in the waiting room Tuesdays (1:00–3:00 pm) and Thursdays (10:00 am–12:00 pm). You have the following options for submitting final theses:
For all other submissions (applications, registrations, proof of test subject hours, etc.), you can use the mailbox in the lobby of the Academic Affairs Of-fice at any time.

Save time by sending us an email at studienbuero.mn@tu-dresden.de regarding the following matters
- Request certificates such as:
- Transcript of records
- BAföG form 5
- Progress report
- Certificate of graduation
- Certification of over 80% of credits achieved (for Master’s degree program applications) or other documents for applications
The following matters can also be easily addressed via email. Simply attach this form to your message.
- Submit an application, e.g.:
- For an examination certificate
- For withdrawal from examinations
- For registering an examined (pre)assignment
- Register a final thesis
! Please always use your TUD email address and indicate your degree pro-gram and enrollment number !

You can find the right contact at the Academic Affairs Office from the list below. They will be happy to advise you on all issues surrounding Study and Examina-tion Regulations, such as modules, courses and examined assessments.
Examination management
Would you like to register online for an examined (pre)assignment? Simply use the HISQIS-Portal or selma as appropriate.
Are you unable to register (independently) via HISQIS or selma? If so, please fill out this form and send it to the Academic Affairs Office via email.
You would like to register online for a (pre) examination performance? Use the HISQIS-portal or selma (Students of the Faculty of Biology).
