Prof. Rockström with a contribution to the public lecture series of the DAAD Global Centres for Climate and Environment
As one of the Global Centres for Climate and Environment funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the Global Water and Climate Adaptation Center (ABCD Center), run by the TU Dresden, invites you to a joint public lecture series.
The prominent start will be made by none other than Professor Johan Rockström, Director of the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research, with his lecture "A safe and just future for humanity on earth" on December 18th, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. (online). Professor Rockström is the originator of the concept of "Planetary Boundaries" - an established basis for the environmental framework for the sustainable development of our society.
