With the English career-building programme, Femtec offers you a scholarship that enables further development during your studies and access to a strong, lifelong network of female STEM enthusiasts. Femtec supports you in your individual career planning, connects you with renowned companies and paves the way for a successful start to a fulfilling working life! The program consists of three schools that take place within a year on the following topics

• Career Development
• Innovation and Co-Creation
• Building Networks

Each school offers exciting modules in which essential hard and soft skills for everyday working life are trained. An Innovation Lab enables agile work on sustainable solutions for the challenges of tomorrow.
