Career-Building Programs
In three schools that build on each other, you can learn important building blocks for your management career during your studies, such as
- Career planning and advice (coaching and mentoring)
- Excursions and personal company contacts
- Workshops on communication, leadership and management skills
- Project and innovation management as part of an innovation workshop
- Arrangement of internships and final theses
- Exchange in a nationwide network of women with a passion for technology
Requirements for a successful application
- Enrollment at TU Dresden or another Femtec partner university for at least 1 more year to ensure that you can successfully complete the program during your studies.
- The language of instruction in the schools is English, therefore a sufficient knowledge of English is mandatory. A good knowledge of German is required.
- The teaching location is Berlin. All three schools must be completed by the program participants. Travel and accommodation costs can usually be reimbursed/subsidized by the equal opportunities offices of the faculties.
- The Femtec Career-Building Program is aimed exclusively at women from the fields of computer science, engineering and natural sciences. You can find all participating subjects at the TUD by clicking on the arrow:
