Careers for Peace and Development: How to Stand Out in the Recruitment Process of an International Organization

Learn how to make your application stand out with practical tips and proven strategies. This session will provide a brief insight into the work of international organizations, using the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) as a practical example. You will be guided through typical recruitment processes and equipped with practical tools to enhance your application. You will learn how to craft a compelling cover letter, excel in the various stages of the selection process, and prepare for the final panel interview – enabling you to present your best professional self effectively.
This workshop is aimed at students who have at least 3 years university studies or more of all degree programs.
Technical requirements: Microphone, camera, stable internet connection (the use of a chrome-based browser is recommended)
Registration for the online workshop takes place via OPAL. The access link to the video conferencing tool (here: TUD-Zoom) will be sent to all participants registered with OPAL before the start of the event.
