Are you thinking about becoming self-employed – maybe soon, or sometime in the
future? Then this workshop is perfect for you! You’ll get a clear and compact overview of everything you need to know before taking the leap into self-employment. We’ll cover key questions such as:
- How do I become self-employed, and what steps do I need to take?
- What official registrations and formalities are required?
- Do I need a tax advisor from the beginning?
- Which types of insurance really matter?
- What common mistakes should I avoid?
This workshop is aimed at anyone considering starting a freelance or business venture –
whether as a side hustle during your studies, at the beginning of your career, or as a longterm goal.
Technical requirements: Microphone, camera, stable internet connection (the use of a chrome-based browser is recommended)
Registration for the online workshop takes place via OPAL. The access link to the video conferencing tool (here: BigBlueButton) will be sent to all participants registered with OPAL before the start of the event.
