Project management has been proven to be the most effective method in business and scientific work. This intensive and hands-on course gives you the skills to ensure your actual and prospective projects. You will gain strong working knowledge of the basics of project management to be applied immediately to effectively manage your (study, work, theses) projects. After the workshop, you will be able to identify and manage the product scope, do a stakeholder assessement, identify and manage risks.
To dive a little bit deeper we will take a look how to create a project work breakdown structure, and how to use leadership skills to keep stakeholders and your team engaged.
