For international students: How to prepare for an (online) assessment center (engl.)

Assessment centers have become a typical part of selection processes, e.g., for jobs or scholarships. In this online workshop you will get to know the process and the components of an assessment center. We will also carry out exemplary exercises (e.g. a (self-)presentation). Additionally, all participants take the role of observers and feedback providers for better understanding of design and background of the assessment center. In this way, you will learn to assess what behaviour is important in application situations.
Technical requirements: stable internet connection (chrome-based browser is recommended), microphone, camera
You can register for this offer via OPAL. The access link to the video conference tool (Zoom) will be sent to all participants registered via OPAL before the start of the online workshop.
