For international students: Project Management II - Deep Dive (engl.)

This workshop will be based on the Project Management Introduction (Oct. 30): We will deep dive into the critical topics and phases of your running or future projects and focus also on improving your Project management skills:
- Check and update your project planning
- Execution of your project: how do you manage change of requirements (quality/ topic,etc.)
- Change Management: Drive change proactively and effectively
- Your leadership Skills to keep stakeholders and your team engaged
- Productivity in your project: where are you strong and which actions can you take to improve your productivity immediately?
- Reflect and improve your project management skills
Technical requirements: Microphone, camera, stable internet connection (the use of a chrome-based browser is recommended)
Registration for the online workshop takes place via OPAL. The access link to the video conferencing tool (here: Zoom) will be sent to all participants registered with OPAL before the start of the event.
