In this workshop you learn to determine your own market value together with 4 better ways to estimate it. You will also learn how to justify your market value, and will receive a market value methods checklist, LinkedIn message templates, a bonus video: Find relevant LinkedIn contacts, course access to recorded version of the workshop. The lecturer I started her career at a startup as a purchasing manager. She quickly rose to purchasing manager, and negotiated salaries with applicants. She encountered newcomers in interviews not negotiating on salary and not being aware of their added value they offered. With the help of input & exercises as well as 30 minutes of Q&A, the lecturers mission is to provide market-based compensation for career starters!
