In this workshop you learn about different negotiation strategies, the phases of a successful negotiation, Do's & Don'ts in salary negotiations as well as do negotiation role play and analysis. You will answer the following questions: How do questions help me in a salary negotiation? How do I negotiate? What should I pay attention to? How do I negotiate convincingly to receive a reasonable, market-based compensation as career starter?
Technical requirements: Microphone, camera, stable internet connection (the use of a chrome-based browser is recommended)
Registration for the online workshop takes place via OPAL. The access link to the video conferencing tool (here: tba) will be sent to all participants registered with OPAL before the start of the event.
