Looking to kick-start your career at an international organisation? Interested in Trademarks, Designs, Geografical Indications or Patents?
As young professionals at the European Patent Office (EPO) or a trainee at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the second-largest intergovernmental organisation in Europe, high-achieving university graduates can undertake challenging assignments in a range of departments at the EPO's and EUIPOS headquarters in Munich, Germany, another EPO site such as The Hague, Vienna or Brussels or the EUIPO seat in Alicante/Spain. Both offices have created a unique trainee programme called Pan European Seal Programme (PES).
The Pan-European Seal Professional Traineeship Programme is aimed at graduates from virtually all academic disciplines, including engineering, natural sciences, business and law. The programme is sponsored by the two major European offices in the field of intellectual property law, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante and the European Patent Office (EPO) in Munich, and is run in collaboration with strategic university partners. TU Dresden is one of its partners. Through a combination of on-the-job work experience and professional training, you'll have the opportunity to learn, develop your skills and increase your future employability.
