Application: When and how?
From June 2 to June 29, 2025, students from all departments who are starting a Master's degree at a German university in the coming winter semester 2025/26 can apply for a scholarship via the online portal. All information on the application requirements and the link to the online portal can be found here. Please note that an application is only possible before the Master's program. If you are already studying in the 1st semester, an application is NOT possible.

What does the funding look like?
The Claussen Simon Foundation supports its scholarship holders both financially and ideally. The financial support covers individual living costs and allows you to concentrate on your studies. In the area of non-material support, you can choose from a wide range of voluntary workshops to complement your personal development and professional training. The annual scholarship holders' meeting offers a stimulating mix of lectures, workshops and various exchange formats, and in the regional groups you can meet scholarship holders in your area and get to know each other at informal events.
